Hi Brownsville Texas! I am Rosanna Villarreal, a licensed esthetician and certified lash artist operating in this area. I offer services such as lash extensions, brow services, lash lifts, and laminations! I am excited to welcome new clients!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are required to book for ANY service and are NON-refundable. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations, no call/ no show & NOT transferable. Clients arriving after 15 minutes late will be rescheduled forfeiting their deposit & requiring a new one before rebooking. Cancellations/ No-show will be a 60% fee, and must be paid before being able to book again. No refunds!
